I make it special by personalizing the decorations to everything I know he likes and a homemade cake!
We always pick a theme that the child is into at that time and invite the whole family and friends to come celebrate. Decorate up the house with balloons and streamers! Play games and have cake.....just make it a fun day for the kids! And..pick a good time so it doesnt go into nap time!
